Damn!
The first time I heard these tracks, I fell in love with em!
Both mixes are good and easy to use to get the dancefloor moving, with its oldschool feel.
Check out the similarity with house classic Petra & Co - Just Let Go.
Might just be THE inspiration for this track.
Can't decide if this release is cheesey or super fantastic. I just know, that it get's me going no matter where/when I hear it. My problem is, that it's so exremely catchy that it smells commersial and (the fact) that I find the album "Muzikizum" rather annoying, but still... It could even be the light old skool feel that makes me like it anyway. It's funky yet progressive and definately very original thinking. It makes me feel a bit like how I felt when I heard these tracks the first many times, years ago: KLF "What Time Is Love" + Snap "Rhythm Is A Dancer" + Felix "Don't You Want Me" + Bizarre Inc "Playing With Knives" ...Hmmm, I'll leave it up to you mate!
