Young Parisians - U Write The Rules

Another Rich Mowatt and Andy Bury production in shape of the Solar Stone remix of their own Young Parisians' "U Write The Rules". Its gentle and winning break that slowly move over to the lead's typical Solar Stone sound backed by beautiful Spanish guitars make the tune one that sticks.

When I first got this record, it was all about the Solar Stone Remix. Just because it is a great track with nice build & progression, the vocals manipulation & the guitar riff is also great. But then one day I played the flip and I wondered why I didn't play it before. It is pure & simple synthpop from the 80's but done in the 21st Century,

An excellent if somewhat hard to find release. The Solar Stone remix is great. The catchy guitar riff from the original versions combined with the nice Solar Stone sound and a subtle vocoder effect on the vocals make for an excellent track.
