ADULT. has definitly set the tone for the electro/new wave/punk revival. the influence is apparent in so many's music right now! you cant pick up a record without hearing their influence. adam and nicola are the forerunners of this whole genre, without a doubt. i dont want to throw around labels like "electroclash" or "nu-electro" . scenes come and go, but ADULT. will continue to make great inventive music!
Adult might sound harsh & unpolished after the first listen, but give it a second chance and then you'll realize that these guys are absolute geniuses. really.
