Abdominal cranks out some of the sickest rhymes I've ever heard. With lines like "Once I hit my comfort level, hit record. Soon enough we'll have another hit record." (from "The Hit Song"), it's obvious he puts a lot of thought into his writing. I can't even think about DJ Format without thinking about this guy.
