Andre "L.A. Dre" Bolton, keyboard player and producer for Dreco Productions, is best known for his work with Ruthless Records between 1989-1990. L.A. Dre provided keyboard contributions to the gold and platinum selling albums: Eazy Duz It - Straight Outta Compton - Above The Law - Living' Like Hustlers; The D.O.C. - No One Can Do It Better; and Michel'le (self-titled). Andre resurfaced as a member of the R&B/new jack swing group Az-1 that released an album and a pair of singles in 1992 on Scott Bros. Records. In 1994 he then started working as a studio musician, engineer and producer, with "Too Short" on albums such as Cocktails - Gettin It (album #10) - Nationwide - Married To The Game - and You Nasty. As of today, L.A. Dre, has fourteen gold and platinum albums under his belt. Currently he is working on a new project on his new label, "Dot Com Muzik Group". This is a prison project, featuring upcoming artist from the Nevada State Prison System. The entire album was recorded, produced, and performmed in prison by prisoners. The release is slated for early Spring 2008. It's the first of it's kind. Can't wait to hear it....
