Classically trained, Leifeld makes a living as a music teacher in Paderborn, Germany, and his modest apartment is overrun with all manner of electronic gadgetry. He is truly a living, breathing example of the cyberpunk mentality -- you get the feeling he would gladly leave earthly concerns behind if he could download the essence of his mind, body, and soul onto a hard disk.
