Anita Hegerland

Norwegian Anita Hegerland (March 3, 1961) was not only Mike Oldfield's former girlfriend and still mother to two of his children; she also recorded and performed with him for seven years. But before this she had already in her childhood a millions selling hit in 1971 with Roy Black titled Schön ist es auf der Welt zu sein . When she was a kid her biggest idol was Louis Armstrong, further also very much into Beatles, The and Elvis Presley. And, of course, ABBA during her teenage years. Next to singing and song-writing she loves writing books, played in several movies (1973, 1985 and 1987) and likes sewing very much, working with patchwork designs and making her own quilts. Apart from being creative and productive she still prioritizes her family above all.
