Anji Bee is a singer/songwriter, podcaster (The Chillcast with Anji Bee, Chillin' with Lovespirals, ShowGirls, Unwind) vidcaster (Chillcast Video Edition, Anji Bee Vidcast), artist, former college DJ, and music writer from Los Angeles. Over the past decade, she has worked with many bands and musicians including The Grooveblaster, Moosefrog, Chandeen, Chukimai, and Rom Di Prisco of Bitstream Dream and Machineries of Heaven, but her main band is Lovespirals, the new incarnation of Ryan Lum's popular Projekt Records act, Love Spirals Downwards. Bee's vocal style combines a jazzy sensuality with soulful ethereality and has been compared to Sade, Astrud Gilberto, Liz Frasier, and Tracey Thorn.
