Brian John Cole
Profile:
Born June 17, 1946 Enfield, Middlesex. Few instruments are associated with one genre the way the pedal steel guitar is. It's almost exclusively America's Country & Western. However, British pedal steel guitarist BJ Cole has never been a one card trick. Since starting his own band in the 1970's Cochise (7) he has played with 'everybody' from disparates such as, Scott Walker, Marc Bolan, Björk and Luke Vibert. A virtuoso for over thiry years at any genre he turns to and much respected in the industry.
