Bill & Ben was formed in 1994 by Bill Fuller & Ben Garner of the production company Sonar Audio as an alias under which to release material on Harthouse / Eye Q. They DJ'd extensively together from 1994-1999 and still make occassional appearances together. Prior to this they had recorded together as: Sonar Audio Research, Lost Sector, Sonic Man, The Drunken Master, Markarian 205 amongst others.
