Bobby Taylor

Born 18 February, 1936. American soul singer active primarily in the 1960's and 1970's. During these years he recorded a couple of singles and two albums for Motown. One album as a lead singer of Bobby Taylor & The Vancouvers, titled Bobby Taylor And The Vancouvers (1968) and one album as a solo artist, titled Taylor Made Soul (1969). In 2006 a 2-disc anthology covering his entire Motown career, including the two albums, non-lp singles and previously unreleased tracks, was released.
