Boris Badenough / Betanoff was a name used by Dean Anderson for the tune "What's Up Rocky" AKA "Hey Rocky" which used samples from the cartoon "Rocky & Bullwinkle" and was supposedly a taunt to the boss of DJ International, Rocky Jones.
The name is obviously a parody of the name of the famous opera "Boris Godunov" but it seems the people writing the tracklistings couldn't decide on a spelling. On the sleeve of the London release of Chicago Trax double LP (discogs release 27839), the track is credited to Betanoff, but the sleeve notes refer to Badenough!
