Breitbandkater

Born and grown up in south Germany, musically socialiced in Switzerland. Moved back in the days to Cologne, Germany to study and finally stayed there cause of his friends, the musical possibilities and, well cologne is quit nice. He began to make music in the age of 14 with a little duophone casio keyboard. Later on he wrote his first tracks with an amiga mod tracker. In the mid 90s it was time for a lil bit more serious equipment like the MC-303, bassstation, pocket samplers and so on. in this time the Breitbandkater had several gigs in south Germany and Switzerland. Later of course then in Cologne. Because of a lack of time after his studies for live gigs he started to compose with virtual studio software. At the end of 2007 he changed once again his setup from a desktop environment to a mobile solution to be able to perform his latest productions also live…
