I first heard about Rob via his remix of HKN - Sun In My Eyes, which I loved. But soon after, I found myself a little disappointed by him.
It wasn't until a few months later, that I heard Audioplacid's remix of "Mindlessness", so I felt compelled to check out more of Rob's Buro alias. I'm glad I did! I love this sound. Similar to Audioplacid, but ofcourse, not exatly the same. Though it does have that more classic sound to it. I fell in love with the song "Forever", b-side to the Mindlessness release. It's a lovely relaxing song balanced with a bit of energy. I've also heard some great Buro remixes on Spotify.
This is another example of one of those artists where I like maybe one of their songs, then get a little disappointed. So I give up on the artist only to return a few months later with a new impression of them. So you see, first impressions don't always matter!
