Formed in England 1977, Cardiacs originated in the group Cardiac Arrest, before entering the stage as Cardiacs in 1981. They are best known for their unique style of music (termed "Pronk" by many) which contains elements of Progressive Rock, Punk and Psychedelic Rock.
