Cem Güney

Cem Güney was born in Turkey in 1973. Influenced by jazz music, he learned to play the trumpet, and later attended the College of San Mateo’s Music Department in San Mateo, California. Being a DJ since 1994, and during the years of playing trumpet, his interaction with music has mostly been with the experimental forms of expression. For the past few years, this interaction has directed him to manipulate sound in the field of Sound Art.
