Certain General

Profile:
Parker Dulany's 'invisible band' from East Village, NYC. Influential post-punk No-Wave outfit originating in 1980, with Perry Brandston as sound engineer, who was in early days considered a band member. Soon became the Danceteria club 'house band'. Relocated to France in 1984 and released 'November’s Heat', which earned the band both album of the year and band of the year honors. The late Ruth Polsky was their manager as they gained attention. In 2003, Certain General made its first recordings with its original line-up since the mid-80s!
