Reviews & Discussion

Chez Damier,Ron Trent and Prescription have Inspired me in ways that go far beyond music and djing.Tracks which are timeless and still inspirational, much like a modern version of the motown artists of the early days their music has a feeling to it not many can capture.
without them i would be lacking a major influence on my music and on my djing and i still play soo many of their cuts today as i did as they were new and everytime they light up the floor and inspire the next generation the way i was inspired when i first heard these masterpieces.

true legends.

Chez Damier, one of Chicago's finest deep house techy artists. Not one of the most productive of his kind, but nevertheless, and more important Chez kept on releasing pure deep house music. I first came across his work in 1992 and bought I never knew love and Can you feel it. Love the piano in I never knew love.

He moved over in that year to the more techy release "you ain't dancin'". A true house floorfiller for those who want to get in the groove.

Then I forgot about house music and years later I wen back to my crates. I soon found out that I missed the haydays of this legend. Mr. Pearson, please re-release your prescription work once more. I need it, my offspring needs it and more over we need it to keep it real.

Save the vinyl. Peace.
