Reviews & Discussion

I totally agree with Rob. The man's skills behind the decks are unfeasibly advanced for those of a techno DJ (some hip hop DJ's are up to scratch - sorry.) His tune selection is also spot on. As a producer, his records tend to be deep, dark and moody but the man is responsible for one of the most melodic, rhythmical records of all time - "Impolite to Refuse."

Claude Young is easily one of the most underrated Dj's out there. His style is totally unique, and technically he's pretty advanced, but he always rocks the dancefloor. Anyone who likes Dave Clarke, Jeff Mills or anyone else who adapts cut'n'paste style mixing to techno should check him out.
