Born in 1979, near Haifa, Israel.
On February 10th of 2003 whilst holidaying in Goa, while driving back from Palulim beach to his hotel, he was involved in a motorcycle accident. He was hospitalized, but despite all medical efforts, he passed away.

Cosma's music was something special - nothing you can categorize or define by a genre. Some sort of dreamy-progressive-fullon-minimal thing. There is one thing you can say about his music - and that's emotional. Cosma's music is one of the most emotional which has ever been done outside the goa trance genre.
The fact that he was killed in an accident only emphasizes the emotion in a tragic way. His music will always have a special place in my heart.

Cosma (R.I.P.)

We were shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of Avihen Livne ("Cosma") in a traffic accident while on holiday in India recently.
