Dødheimsgard

Profile:
DHG was originally formed in 1994 under the moniker Dødheimsgard is a conjunction of three words: Død which means death, Heim which means home and Gard which means (at least in this context) mansion. Starting out as a pure black metal band featuring Aldrahn, Vicotnik, and Fenriz, they eventually incorporated more electronic, industrial, and experimental elements into their music until they resembled nothing like what they started as, and have now changed their name to DHG.
