One of the early pioneers of the industrial hardcore/speedcore sound DJ Freak started producing hardcore music in 1992 with releases on labels like his own Boneheddz and Hard Of Hearing and also on labels like Epiteth, Deadly Systems, Killout, Special Forces, B.E.A.S.T., Storm Records, Crapshoot, Trackless, Noize Pollution, Narkotiks Recs and Headfuck Recs.
In 2011 he started releasing side project material in a different style ("dark spacey minimal looped abstract techno"), which he distributes as free downloads, mainly from his Soundcloud and Bandcamp pages.
