Born in Italy, the man behind DJ Gio MC-505 is Giosuè Impellizzeri, italian music-journalist, promoter and dj-producer. He started the music career in 1992 with techno music and acid house. The first step in music-productions started in 1998 when, with a Groovebox Roland Mc-505 (the inspirator of his moniker) he created the first tracks. From 2000 he work, as music-journalist, for several italian magazines (printed on paper and available on internet) specialized in electronic music. In 2005 he realized a videogame's soundtrack for the important platform from U.S.A. called Cyberlore. He is one of the first italian dj's who played underground electro in big italians radiostations (like Italia Network and M20). Actually he is also one of the 'heads' of Tractorecords with Francesco Passantino and Francesco Zappalà.
