DJ Pooh , arguably the "best producer on the mic", one of the founding members of the L.A. Posse (King T, Breeze, Mix-Master Spade, etc.).

Immortalized himself with "The Boogie Men", a conglomerative production unit including Bobby "Bobcat" Ervin and Rashad Coes. The Boogie Men (along with Sir Jinx) single handedly put their stamp on classics like "Death Certificate" (Ice Cube), "I Wish My Brother George Was Here" (Del the Funky Homosapien), "Sickinnahead" (Deadly Threat), and "Neva Again" (Kam).

Do you remember?: Pooh plays the mack in Ice Cube's "Who's the Mack?" video as well as "Red" in the movie "Friday".

After laying certified classics on L.A. Posse, Ice Cube, Yo Yo, and Kam, Pooh Immortalized himself even more with the creation of the movie "Friday" (along with Ice Cube). He also wrote and directed the movies "3 Strikes" and "The Wash" (with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem).

As if success couldn't taste any sweeter to DJ Pooh, it must've given him a cavity when Rockstar Games picked up his story for the extremely successful video game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas".

As a writer: Pooh has lyrically appeared on "Flirt" (King Tee), and co-wrote "The Whore Said it's Yours" (Threat).
