After that, Luke Skyywalker hired Mike & Toomp as Luke Skyywalker Records' 2nd string producers, "The O.D.S.", producing much of the label's catalog when 2 Live Crew's DJ Mr. Mixx wasn't in the producer's chair.
After 2 Live Crew split and Luke Records revamped, 2 Live rapper Brother Marquis and Toomp became the group 2 Nazty (aka II Nazty) who got picked up by Attitude Records around 1992/1993.
Much like another former Atlanta based Miami Bass producer DJ Smurf (aka Mr. Collipark), Toomp is now on the scene producing mainstream Hip-Hop acts.
