Reviews & Discussion

A genius. That's it really.
Review by AtomicCow Jun 13, 2008
Ed Upton is the best pastiche artist in dance music. Whether it is Cybotron-style electro, old chicago house or even breakbeat rave, he pulls it off with brilliance. Of course his tracks are more than just carbon copies of a formula. He writes beautiful melodies as well. A lot of his tracks can be a little cheesy, especially in the vocal department, but a sense of humor is pretty much required to appreciate it all.
