DAVID GAUSA is a catalan respectable skillful dj/ radiodj / producer who was born in Barcelona and has been working in this field for more than 15 years. He has always been characterized by his mediterranean, warm and latino soul. He is famous for promoting the authentic Underground House influenced by the classic american producers and the Acid House sound of the 80´s. At the same time, his european electronic influences make him an eclectic dj capable of playing the most soulful House and the most revolutionizing Techno along with Tribal, Progressive, Electro, Deep-Trancey sounds.
GAUSA is part of the new school of House producers "made in Spain" and is highly recognized in the whole planet. His projects through WEEKEND RECORDS, STEREO PRODUCTIONS / IBERICAN RECORDINGS and the French HYPNOTIC MUSIC made room for him to be in the international circuit.. The list of continuous achievements goes on: he created the project named TRANSATLANTIC "ELECTRIC" along with ANGEL MORAES, he made a tour throughout Canada with TIMO MAAS (June 2002), he had his weekly residency at AMNESIA IBIZA (Summer of 1999), he attended the programming of PACHA IBIZA within the nights of SUBLIMINAL / UNDERWATER RECORDS and FUTURE PACHA, WE LOVE SUNDAYS at SPACE IBIZA, he had his residency of MATINEE GROUP at SPACE IBIZA and played in the first B -PARADE of the city of BARCELONA to more than 50.000 people. David Gausa have your own label called SUTIL RECORDS. He reached his climax as Dj/Producer when editing the AMERICAN XS (The Real Xsistance) reference through SONDOS (SUBLIMINAL RECORDS - USA), one the largest labels of Underground House, deriving from SUTIL RECORDS.
Furthermore, GAUSA has a radio program on one of the most important and widespread networks in Spain: FLAIX FM: Selección Básica (International Club References). They were given an IBIZA DEEJAY AWARD (2001) and the Spanish Deejay Magazine presented them with its prestigious DEEJAYMAG AWARD (2002).
