Profile:
(* 30. Januar 1940 in Batavia, New York) is a flautist, composer and pioneer in the developement of electronic music. After his collaborations with Karlheinz Stockhausen and the early Can in the 1960s he founded the 'Feedback Studio' in Köln together with Johannes G. Fritsch and Rolf Gehlhaar. Until 1984 he was head of the electronic studio at the Musikakademie in Basel, where he lives today.
