As SNOG, or other guises - SOMA (with Pieter Bourke of Dead Can Dance) and Black Lung - he has gained an international reputation for innovation in cinematic, electronic sound scapes, and numerous releases have invaded the electronic and alternative charts in the U.S.A, Germany and France.
