Deyampert is a singer/songwriter from Cleveland/Ohio. His musical roots are gospel (He did sing in a church choir.), soul and folkmusic (started playing saxophone at age of 9 and played in school bands). In 2003 he released his debut, co-produced by Jazzanova, on Berlin's Sonar Kollektiv label.
