Simply put, Doc is the dj's dj! So many people were inspired to make music and dj from his amazing sets. A true innovator.

Doc Martin has been there from the beginning. He's seen and done it all. DJ, producer, record store frontman, promoter, label-owner, still packing clubs, selling vinyl and throwing his own Sublevel parties. He has touched my soul forever. His DJ sets are so important and influential to the house scene. These days his 8 hour sets of deep house, cosmic disco, acid, techno, garage, and soul are not to be missed. Much love and respect to the Doctor of House.

Doc Martin is a heroe!! his unique ability to spin everything from deep house vocals that have so much depth and meaning to us all in some way, his funky tribal Bass lines mixed with threads of acid, his passive collection of classics rare records that are only to be heard at his gigs. Thank You Doc, you guy fucking rock! you both are an inspiration and greatly admired.

Oh man!! Doc Martin is the man! He’s basically the reason that I love house music & all that implies to that. Seeing him perform at early events like Flammable Liquid held at various venues in Los Angeles in the early 90’s, I knew that Doc was destined to become one of the greatest DJs in the world. Fast forward to today. Doc still knows how to rock the crowd. There’s something about the way that he can take a record & totally make it sound totally differently. It’s almost spiritual like. He can start off very smooth & groovy & totally build it up fast & furiously & then finally, bring the vibe back down & send all the happy dancers to wonderland. Thank you very much for keeping it real throughout the years!! (^_^ )
