Originally forming the rap crew Evil Mind Gangstas in 1990 with Big Syke and Mental (RIP).
Domino's "Sweet Potatoe Pie" was a pop and R&B hit from his self-titled debut LP. The album was issued in December of 1993. Three years later, Domino delivered his second album, Physical Funk, which failed to become as successful as its predecessor; Dominology followed in 1997. D-Freaked It marked his long-awaited follow-up in summer 2001.

Domino is underrated and almost forgotten today ; but Getto Jam , his first Single/Video was nearly as successful as Snoop Dog's smash hit WHAT'S MY NAME ? in the spring/summer of 94 and was hammered even in daytime rotation on MTV . This slow jam with tasty delivery by Domino is wicked !!! One of the all-time great G-Funk Tunes . If you see the 12" get it !!! The instrumental is perfection pure 100% . His DOMINO debut LP got 8 more trax on it from which 4 videos were taken and were shown on MTV till the winter of 94 .Diggedy Domino , Sweet Potatoa Pie , Azz Fo Dayz , Long Beach Thang . Slow G-Funk with fine stories about everyday life in the hood with wit and style . He can touch explicit subjects with style and without sounding corny . Just check "Raincoats" (an ode to the use of condoms) for proof . Physical Funk was rushed , but Domnio-Logy in 97 was as strong as the debut , but faded away nearly unnoticed , due to lack of promotion and very bad distribution .
