Duran Duran was founded in 1978 by John Taylor and Nick Rhodes. Andy Taylor, Roger Taylor and Simon Le Bon joined the band until 1980. In 1985, at the height of their career (The James Bond song "A view to a kill" had reached no.1 in the US) the band split into two side projects, Arcadia and Power Station, never to be fully reunited again until 2004 with the album "Astronaut". Between 1986 and 2004 the band performed mostly as Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, Simon LeBon and ex-Missing Persons Guitarist Warren Cuccurullo. Latter had become a full member in 1990 and left the band after 2002.
