Erol Alkan is one of the best new DJs to come out in the past few years. He is very diverse and not your usual one-genre DJ. On the Essential Mix which he recently guested on, in one hour he played artists as diverse as Felix Da Housecat, Madonna, DJ Shadow, 50 Cent, New Order, Benny Benassi and The White Stripes. I believe he is part of the End stable along with Mr C and Layo & Bushwacka so in the near future he may well turn his hand to production.

Easily one of the best DJS in the world, able to play dance to indie, his sets are always off the wall. He also has a large cult following and is a resident at Bugged Out! He does a lot of bootlegs, many of which are used by the likes of Soulwax. Theres definitely no chance of becoming bored in his sets, and he seems to have more fun than anyone while hes doing it.
