Electronic Avant-garde music artist who debuted in the 90’s and strongly influenced by JMJ, Art of noise, Indochine, the Beach Boys, Shalamar, Chaka Khan and René Barjavel’s books.
Uses several artist names for various projects.
As organiser of New Wave / Beat evenings at the lyceum (17 years old) he quickly finds himself launched in the midst of electronic producers via Diki Records who, after having heard his demos at Radio Galaxy (Lille/France), proposes him to collaborate with Bruno Sanchioni (Age of Love) and create this typical wicked-touch he gets out of his hardware TB 303 and TR 606 + sampler Casio at the end of 1989…
As he signs an iniquitous contract with Sarema International-Slim production in Roubaix, his titles soon go around the world and in the USA the manager of Boy Georges (Culture Club) and Human Resource (Dominator) offers him a tour in California with his Master Techno project.
The next couple of years he makes so many hits, not without getting to know the traps of drugs, sex and French frit straight after tragic euthanasia of Greg’s father at a hospital… Then the company Banshee Worx (alias Lightning Records), who first invites him to come and experiment his sounds in Antwerp (Belgium), stops his «little career» by forbidding him to produce for anyone till 2004, end of his exclusive artist's contract due to the logic bankrupt of Lightning Records in 2003... He was there never free to create his own style due to shrewd organised pressure from the “skin head’s crew” at lightning place.. Anyway, during his adventurous world's tour from 2000 to 2007, companies like Dig It France, Dig it Italy and Rave Nation BVBA are still using his catalogue without paying him a dime...
When I ask Greg how he feels about the internet, this is his answer: « A resource at the edge of explosion that now permits various talents to produce themselves, fast, and having an automatic effect on the progressive fall of the capitalistic musical market of the big, who considered themselves masters of the world. Finally, everybody is a STAR!!! Music with computers and software are so easy to produce now, it is absolutely wonderful and this is so good technology!!! »
Today, somewhere in the Flanders (Belgium), he lives a simple life with his girlfriend and son, taking care of their horses. Scuba diving is still his favourite sport that led him more than once into the seas of the world.
He thanks all of his fans and doesn’t forget them.. His first book "TECHNO" is almost ready...
He also particularly thanks people like Slimane Abdeladim, JF Samyn, Tonio ex music line, Fred Baker, Dj phi-phi, Christian "fly" Pieters, Peter “pan” Aerts, Pole Folder, Ivan Van Elst, Vanessa Komara and specially his parents, without whom he ‘ld never have seen the world!
