Producer / Remixer from Seattle, WA, USA
Seattle area native Ryan Court began synth programming & sequencing using CV and MIDI during junior high school in 1987. Eventually, experimental studio collaborations with like-minded friends & fellow hardware colllectors yielded several strange, powerful techno/house recordings between 1991 and 1994. After following the sound he craved to the massive scene in central Europe, Ryan produced techno & progressive trance tracks for labels in and around Frankfurt while living in Germany from 1995-99. During this period he created the alias HARK and secured a record deal with the underground club hit "Omega". In 2000, under the Octoklops moniker, his self-released 12-inch "Wraith" dominated Northwest Dance Music play charts for the entire summer, getting extensive play from top club DJs nationwide. In addition to various remixes for Fog Area and Nothing Records, Ryan's work appears on Stems, a remix CD from The Fading Collection.
