He Is Legend is a hard rock band formed in Wilmington, North Carolina who signed to Tragic Hero Records in 2009. The band consists of vocalist frontman Schuylar Croom, guitarist Adam Tanbouz, drummer Steven Bache, and bassist Matt Williams.
