Vocal soul group. Originally formed by Isaac Hayes as his backing group in 1969, they have also worked with many other artists.

Sisters Pat and Diane Lewis with Rose Williams are the original members of the group. They were joined by Barbara McCoy in 1974 and then renamed to Hot Buttered Soul Unlimited.
