Next to being one of Hungary's most outstanding d&b producers, ICR is the founder and co-editor of the well respected online d&b mag www.impulsecreator.hu.

The name ICR comes from his original handle for rave and hardcore tracks made on the Impulse Tracker in the late 1990s, when he went by The ImpulseCreator. When he found drum'n'bass (thanks to the German satellite radio station called Evo-Sonic), he shifted to more d&b, starting a webzine also called ImpulseCreator based around drum'n'bass. As the magazine following grew, he wanted to seperate himself from the magazine, and shortened his name to ICR, pronounced as "eatsayair" if you are Hungarian.
