Dkay and Rawfull started their Ill.Skillz project back in 2001, while being part of Vienna's famous trife.life! crew. Two years later their very own label Ill.Skillz_Recordings was born. Tunes on labels such as Metalheadz, Virus, Renegade Hardware, Moving Shadow, Sanctuary and Universal have followed as well. To top it all off, they are hosting the popular Beat It club night at Vienna's Flex, each and every thursday since 2004!
By the end of 2007 Rawfull graduated from university as Master of Arts Music Management, why he wasn't able to spend much time on working on new music. That's luckily over and Dkay and him are back in studio, concentrating on their Ill.Skillz tracks.

This a an underrated group in the Drum and Bass world. Their colaborations with Concord Dawn have been great (especially Concord Dawn - Take Me Away (Illskillz remix) and Concord Dawn & Illskillz - Watch Me Now) and their own songs are really good like with I'll Be There 4 U and 4Give Myself. If you want to try something new in DnB then go for Illskillz, their unique style of music that is comparable to Concord Dawn is great. Their songs are just so emotion-packed compared to other DnB songs with some wicked synths that really set the mood. I'll Be There 4 U is one of my favorite songs just for those great vocals over the harsh, but smooth darkstep bassline. Pure quality.
