Profile:
Founded after a number of drunken discussions and attendance of a number of large music festivals, such as Oxegen and Glastonbury, three DJ's collaborated to form The Japanese Popstars. Their act was nominated for Best House DJs at the 2006 World Urban Music Awards, Best Live Performance at the 2007 Northern Ireland Dance Music Awards and they won BEST LIVE ACT 2008 at the Irish Dance Music Awards.
The Japanese Popstars have been tipped for the ones to watch by major administrators in the music industry and Mixmag have also stated "They Might Also Be The Most Exciting New Electronic Act On The Planet".
