K21 is a much overlooked artist from the south of France specializing in eerie hard techno, breakcore and hardcore with an ever-present groove. His sound design alone makes his releases definitely worth at the very least a listen. Think of a blend between Alec Empire and Christian Vogel with occasional industrial elements added in and a definite personal touch. This should describe the kind of quality you can expect from his releases. I have personally never been disappointed.
