Karotte is probably one of the biggest party animals of the notorious German DJ scene. At 36 years of age and 20 years of DJ experience, he uses his own unique mixture of house and electro: dramatic, innovative, sometimes funny, always extremely exciting and unusual, to conquer the hearts and minds of his crowd.

After seven years at Frankfurt's U60311, Karotte started a new residency at Sven Väth's Cocoon Club in 2006 - along regular appearances at the Airport/Würzburg, Harry Klein/Munich and other clubs throughout Germany and beyond. He also appears every 3 months on the tv & radio DJ show 'YOU FM Clubnight'. His release on Kosmo in spring 2003 was only his second 12" ever recorded - but with an album in the making there´s much more to come.
