Like A Tim is a genius. The best producer of Acid in 2007. Every recent release on his own Like Records imprint is a must have. I can purchase a release without having to listen to it. He is that GOOD. Not since early R & S releases could I say that about any electronic producer. He produces rather funky ACID that borrows a lot of style from Acid House from the late eighties but is also very forward thinking. Excellent and original TB303 lines and some rather quirky drum programming are the key to his success. First heard his musical output with the early Djax releases Game Girl and Headstrong in 1992. It's good news that 15 years on he is still releasing music that stimulates both the head and the mind.

Like a Tim has the most abstrackt style techno scene ever heard. General Midi Drumset sounds, mad samples, and funny cool themes. Distored, dirty, clown-music. A must to have, extremely difficult to mix.
