One of the UK's top studio and live session singers since the 1970's, Linda has sung on almost every style of music imaginable and on a seemingly endless number of records and radio/tv commercials. She has toured with various acts, including to name just a few, Gonzalez as a full band member, The Art Of Noise, and Shakatak, with whom on one occasion I had the pleasure of meeting her. As a solo artist she is only widely known within the disco scene, this being for her "You And Me Just Started" hit in 1982. As a backing or uncredited session singer though, little do the public realise she has a place in millions of households worldwide on albums such as Chris Rea and Kylie.
