Profile:
Funk/disco duo from Minneapolis. Originally comprising multi-instrumentalist Steven Greenberg and singer Cynthia Johnson, the latter left in 1983 and was replaced by Margaret Cox (better known as Ta Mara of Ta Mara & The Seen.) Melanie Rosales also briefly was a member. Lipps, Inc. is a play on the words "Lip Sync"
