La_Honay, May 05, 2005 Great, soulful take on the Detroit sound. Very Detroit inspired, but he has his own vibe going on for sure. You cant quite compare him to any existing Detroit artist. Were pretty familiar with his initial offerings on Transmats Time: Space compilations and a newer compilation from his own Fwdthought imprint. Word is that a full length called Detachments will finally be available by the end of 2005. (Promos are currently being circulated, word is- more deepness, more soulful, melodic circuitry, more hypnotic, sycopated rhythm- all the things we love!)Was the above review useful to you? (report)
