Having ordered the Soulseek compilation and being blown away by some of the stuff on there I decided to get 'Echo Courts' by Lupus Yonderboy off the Utrophia website he's featured on. It really is an amazing E.P. At times incredibly aggressive ripped torn and shredded electronica, which then subsides into gloriously minimal Reichian layered sound. Incorporating hip hop elements, documentary recordings and even a disturbing self hipnosis recording, the cd is really complete with great artwork from Miicro. I would really recommend this to those serious about new electronic music.Was the above review useful to you? (report)
