Originally the recording name used for the solo efforts of Felix The Rat (born Clancy Hood) under which he released High Fraud (Littledragon Records 2004, re-released 2005), MJ13 reformed as a 3-piece rock outfit in Summer 2006 with the addition of Anthony Johns (drums) and Andres Anguita (bass).
