Analog synth melodies, dreamy vocals and pop sensibility.
Think along the lines of Vince Clarke era Depeche Mode and of course Yazoo, but with the vocals of angels.
They have indeed remixed the likes of Depeche Mode, The Human League and Hot Butter. They know their history, and it shows.
Many bands have this knowledge of music history of course, but Marsheaux have the artistic abililty to make decent tunes along with the retro synth sound.
